Welcome to my first Blog! I am so excited to share my journey with you. So let me start by telling a little bit of my story. I was born in a small town in Alabama. Then when my parents slit my life became a blend of the north and south. I went to school in a small Midwest town in Iowa and spent summers in the south. This gave me a love for the blend of the north and south in all aspects from the cooking, and decor. entertaining or just my life. I have always struggled to blend these when I was young but as I have grown it has helped me find my passion. I started really looking into my family tree in 1995 and it has become a passion. not only to find these families but I begin to appreciate the things like family recipes, stories, and made items and I want to share this with you all and my desire to learn more.
