A Walk though the Woods Soy Candle

A  Walk thru the Woods inspired my imagination of a Grandfather I do not remember.  It's more of an accumulation of others' memories, mostly my father's. But this one, in particular, memory is so simple just a still picture in my mind. I was told he carried an American Chestnut seed in his pocket for many years from the lower part of the Appalachian Mountains in Alabama.  I imagine him walking through the woods, picking it up knowing the trees were going extinct, How important this must be to him to have carried it all these years.  He is from a time and place I know nothing of.  A walk through the wood was created for him and that moment in time. 

Walk through the Woods candle is a hand-poured 10oz soy candle in a frosted amber glass jar. It is a warm fall fragrance that embodies crisp scents of falling leaves, mountain pine, cedar along with golden aspen. Low notes of berries sage and clove.  Most importantly chestnut.
